Duncan Murray is an attorney at Lovius Block Attorneys in Bloemfontein.He matriculated with exemption from Saint Andrew's School in 2003, completed his BCom (Law) degree in 2007 and his LLB in 2009, both from the University of the Free State.He commenced with his articles of clerkship at Lovius Block Attorneys where he worked within the litigation, debt collection and labour departments.He was admitted as an Attorney in March 2012 where he remained at Lovius Block as a Practicing Attorney until February 2015 whereafter he was offered a partnership within the firm to which he accepted.The firm incorporated in 2019 and Duncan accepted the role of Managing Director 2020 upon the retirement of Peter Yazbek. He currently manages the day to day running of the firm, its 42 employees as well as the firms finances.Duncan specialises in Debt Collection, General Civil Litigation in the High and Magistrates Courts as well as Appeals to the Supreme Court of Appeal. He is also well versed in the drafting of contracts.
