I am currently a Mercedes-Benz Master Certified Service Advisor working in one of the North East's leading MB dealerships. I have been with Mercedes since 2008, starting out as a tire and quick lube technician. From there, I worked my way up to a flat rate technician. While working as a technician, I also spent time doing road side assistance for that particular dealer. In my dealings as a roadside technician, I helped my dealership with customer retention and while also acquiring new customers. I learned that the interaction with our customers is just as important, if not more, than the product itself and decided to become a service advisor. Since my beginnings as a technician I have grown to understand the brand, product, and business from multiple sides. I've come to love Mercedes and what they stand for as a company and strive to project that to our customers daily by providing excellent customer service on a consistent basis.
