Continued to lead a team of training and workforce development specialists in support of TSA's Secure Flight program (new contract).

Led a team of training and workforce development specialists in support of TSA's Secure Flight program. Provided a full range of training solutions for a multi-site workforce, including software release and new user adoption training on multiple systems, as well as new hire training, professional development training, specific operations training, and other training as required by the client’s mission. Closely adhered to the ADDIE model to provide the full scope of learning support, from up-front training needs analysis to successful implementation and evaluation of customized educational solutions, including the sourcing and/or creation of in-person training courses, interactive online modules, webinars, video teleconferencing sessions, job aids, rotation programs, and a number of other instructional solutions.

Developed and delivered customized instructor-led and e-learning training courses for operations center agents across multiple locations; responsible for all phases of instructional design process, from initial job-task analysis to final evaluations.

Leveraged distance learning technologies and multimedia design skills to create and deliver training solutions to a global audience. Managed and directed global content for large multilingual website.

Created user manuals, marketing website, newsletters, trade show materials, and more. Led the corporate re-branding effort, including designing new logo and corporate materials. Also worked as the Staffing Manager.
