► I am a partner in one of the leading German IP boutique law firms. I specialize in the field of technology litigation. I focus on patent infringement and patent invalidation proceedings, which are traditionally separated branches of litigation due to the most distinguishing feature of German patent law called the bifurcated system. ► I work closely together with patent litigation colleagues in other European jurisdictions as well as in the US. ►One focus of my work is the defense against claims of non-practising entities (including so-called patent trolls).
