Seven Tepees Youth Program is dedicated to impacting the lives of inner-city youth. Our mission is to work with urban youth entrusted to our care to foster the skills they need to make lifelong positive choices and to create their own opportunities for success. The name Seven Tepees represents the diversity of the seven continents as well as the Native American tradition of connection to nature and care of the land. The College & Career Readiness Coordinator is the lead facilitator of high school college & career advising at the Seven Tepees Learning Center. They also coordinate the after school program, case manage all high school juniors and seniors, and coordinate/lead trips and events.

College access program that supports high school students who are first generation & from low income backgrounds to prepare for and succeed in college. All students are youth of color, many of which are undocumented. The program is a holistic and comprehensive in its approach, supporting students from sophomore year of high school through the early years of college, ensuring a smooth transition into secondary school.Focus of the program is on: college readiness, career exploration, youth development skill-building, and social justice curriculum. Program activities include: weekly group meetings for each student cohort, daily tutoring support, academic case management, college visits, parent meetings, internships, and community volunteer opportunities. Personal job responsibilities include: curriculum building, group facilitation, case management support, tutoring support, daily directing for the flow of students, cooking meals for students, salesforce data tracking, support with grant writing and report building, tracking student information and current academic standing, planning college trips, etc.

Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing all mobile Apple devices (iPhone, iPad, and iPod). Managing all open technical queues throughout the day, working as a main resource for all other Mac and Mobile technicians in the store, supporting overflow traffic, working with customers on complex issues, all while keeping a focus on positive and clear customer support.

As a Specialist, I bring my best forward to help Apple lovers fill their needs, whether it be through problem solving or answering simple questions!As a Visuals member of the store, I work behind the scenes to keep our display products running smoothly, allowing for the best Apple Store experience possible.I also have the role of workshop facilitator, providing training sessions for those that want to get the best out of their technology.

Reported directly to AUM President, worked to increase engagement with the A.U.M. documentary Cowspiracy. Worked to create events and campaigns, pairing with other activists in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Managed, edited, and authored a lifestyle blog. Catered to an audience of 4,000+ individuals and worked with multiple social media platforms (Blogger, Instagram, Facebook, Tumblr) to manage high engagement rates. Focused on social media marketing and worked with multiple brands which were showcased through my website. Worked with Adobe Photoshop Lightroom and professional camera equipment to shoot and edit photos.

Working directly with university students to achieve higher levels of critical thinking and writing proficiency. Promoting confidence in writing through emotional and social support. Tutoring support focuses mostly on freshman students who did not pass the English placement exams.
