Ensure service support & logistics within timeline for greater customer satisfaction at the clinical accounts. In addition, closely work with the Sales team across the territory to achieve assigned plan for the product line • Always maintain focus & work with the clinical labs, Hospitals, IVF labs for NGS reagents business. Continuous work & engagement with the KOL’s of the respective field to understand the specific market need. • Have worked with cross functional team to organize CMEs with key & strategic accounts for awareness creation as well as market development for the high-end molecular diagnostics tests. Also collaborated with various societies for offline conferences as well as online webinars in the key areas.

• Responsible for sales & support for the East India territory and neighboring countries such as Bangladesh, Myanmar & Bhutan. • Starting from generating new leads and then converts it for a new account addition in different parts of East India. Focused more on the Diagnostics labs, VRDLs and corporate hospitals for the routine business.• Give Technical support for the existing customers and new customers for the account retention.

• Give customers support in Agilent Genomics portfolio by designing their experiment, run the whole experiment and sometimes also help in data analysis in Genespring software.• Troubleshooting the microarray experiments design by the customer at their laboratories.
