My role as Solutions & Services Consultant/Architect has put me both directly through my engagement with customers as well as driving the solution sales and consulting teams across my organisation to take on the same ethos of working with customers to look at the art of the possible, working out what is right for them and the best route to adopt those capabilities.My skills are in business and technology strategy, with technology capabilities focused on the IT service management and cloud automation arena with a strong knowledge across Microsoft and VMware technologies. Over the past many years in the technology industry, I have developed a strong proven track record of delivering the results to organizations with notable examples of delivering some of the largest supply contracts globally for various vendors of myriad domains and MSPs. I have been majorly involved in building out new services delivery and solution sales capabilities for Managed Services Providers across the globe. This has given me a very broad customer experience and flexibility spanning between SMBs and some of the largest enterprise accounts. However, the motto always remains being customer-centric and providing quintessential service deliverables and true worth for the CAPEX spent.
