Business Development: • Generation of enquiries through market coverage as well as through the consultants, offer submission, order follow-ups, effective co-ordination with customer for order execution, follow-ups related to payments, C-forms etc, Maintained the ledger balance, Making Pro-forma Invoice etc• Keeping up good relationship with the Customer, Interacting with the top management of reputed organizations in steel industry & rolling mills and appraising the features about our products • Delivering presentations & demonstrations at client place, handling objections, negotiating for favorable terms and finalizing the order• Maintaining a database of prospective customers and implementing penetration strategy to convert potential customers into key accounts• Establishing excellent rapport with existing customers and devising strategies to attract more revenue• Meeting the annual targets• Coordination with operations Team for continued business• Reviving lost accounts• Generating new accounts• Conducting techno- commercial discussion with customers on the basis of price & quality for finalization of orders..Research & Development: • Finding out potential Business areas in the assigned Zones.• Finding out new Industries coming up in the assigned zones.• Finding out the business potentiality with the upcoming Industries.• Business opportunities with the existing industries.• Getting project information both from primary & secondary research.• Tracking competitors’ activityMIS:• Regular submission of Sales Reports to the reporting authority• Preparing & updating live enquiry database• Regular updatation of Customer database• Sending Daily, Weekly & Monthly activity reports to the reporting authority Market Survey• Existing customer satisfaction survey, competitors, new market potential
