Currently I have taken up another challenging assignment with Imarticus Learning as Vertical Head for Banking and Finance (BAF) and Financial Accounting Management (FAM) for PAN India where I am responsible for placement of students corporate relations industry interface.9 years i was associated with TKWs Institute of Banking & Fiinance.It was a journey of associations with Bankers in India and abroad. I tried to build a strong industry connection in this assignment. Here as a member of the governing board I was also associated with strategic decision making and implementing. Organising Singapore tours for understanding international best practices in BFSI and Bankers Meet where a roadmap for Digital India was conceived are some of my works here that I cherish.It was IIFP that gave me the thrust and a bigger and better opportunity to move forward. I have built a very strong industry relation with IIFP in my stint of 6 years and achieved many milestones. IIJT gave me the platform to launch myself into corporate relations . I handled north India centres. My goal is to take my leadership skills to entrepreneurial level.Specialties: I know the art of client relationship management. Areas like developing relations with new industry persons, understanding needs of both the parties and making a comfortable way for all are my forte.
