• Contributing to the SelfCare Engineering team in Digital Experience department at Airtel X Lab for Airtel Thanks App• Implemented many front-facing APIs to manage Airtel’s broadband journey, with a traffic of over 2M requests per day• Managed critical Order and Complaints services, overseeing 700+ TPS across diverse Airtel channels.
