I've achieved an impressive 80% reduction in website loading time, leading to a substantial enhancement in user engagement. I spearheaded the development of a foundational template for platform revitalization, leveraging Next.js 13, ANTD 5, Webpack 5, LESS, SCSS, and Redux (utilizing both Thunk and Saga). This initiative significantly elevated our code quality. In collaboration with my skilled team, I successfully transformed the existing RM Portal and Backoffice from Next.js 8 and ANTD 3 to the advanced Next.js 13 and ANTD 5. Notably, I have taken charge of overseeing the backoffice operations at Kristal.AI, where I gained valuable experience in managing a team of 10 individuals. I also played a pivotal role in assisting colleagues with upgrading projects to the latest technologies. As a frontend developer, I have gained experience in collaborative work within teams to deliver projects effectively. During my internship at kristal.ai, I developed a strong understanding of the SDLC cycle, including its methodologies. This experience also provided me with insights into web sockets and various financial products such as ETFS, Structure Notes, Private Markets, Stocks, and Bonds. My responsibilities encompassed not only the execution of predefined tasks but also the acquisition of new skills and insights under the guidance of experienced mentors. Additionally, I had the opportunity to delve into the software release process. This involved understanding the end-to-end workflow of delivering the developed code to the users.
