Observations and discussions- To learn by observing athletes, coaches and parents, understanding their thoughts, feelings and behaviors and then having a discussion about the same with my mentor, Mrs. Amruta Deshmukh, where we identified the major challenges and problems of the clients and provided interventions for them. Taking notes- Taking brief notes of orientation sessions and workshops I attended and observations I made for each case study. Planning and formulating ideas- Helping my mentor plan sessions regarding what activities could be conducted and how psychoeducation can be imparted through metaphorical stories. Working on creatives- making presentations, providing social media engagement ideas for the company, and making graphics.
