Global Upstream Product Manager, Internals
Current• Lead the development of internal hardware for cochlear implant systems, including implants, electrodes, surgical tooling, imaging software, and sound processing strategies, based on market trends and demand analysis• Present product strategies to senior leadership, synthesizing feedback from customers and internal teams to refine development processes and align with business goals• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, clinical research, regulatory affairs, and sales, to guide product design and ensure successful product development and launches• Generate and communicate product concepts and marketing requirements, contributing to the successful launch of new products and enhancements to existing lines• Develop and execute product marketing plans, pricing strategies, and demand forecasts, supporting a global sales force with training, messaging, and education tools• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user focus groups, enabling data-driven decisions and driving the adoption of new products across key global regions
