When not traveling, I'm busy poking around and mulling the combined possibilities around technology and travel. I consider myself a problem solver and have spent the better part of the past 5 years understanding challenges faced by a Tour and MICE operator. I even tried my hand at running a B2B travel company for 2 years that specialized in cab aggregation for MICE and Tour operators. Aside from being a lifestyle business, it gave me bottom-up access to operational teams and a micro view of the challenges faced by them thereof. It led to the creation of Travelexic Technologies, a travel technology company that offers cutting edge automation technologies for Tour and MICE operators. Our solution is geared towards improving the quality of the backend operations while helping enhance the on-journey travel experience. We view ourselves as technology and content partners, with the ultimate vision of helping create micro-ecosystems of loyalties and co-dependencies across the value chain.
