I have 10 years of experience in Maintenance Department as a senior engineer.- Responsible for all over plant Maintenance. Responsible for Hydraulic Controls (Rexroth, THM , Yuken) &Pneumatic Controls (festo & Pnumax) Maintain & Troubleshooting Responsible for Electrical & Mechanical Related Breakdown. Responsible for maintenance of Injection molding machines like Ferromatik Milacron , L&T , Sumiton , Fanuc up to 85 to 525 Ton ( Megna Toggle, Maxima, Electron, QE series, Q series) Responsible for maintenance of Injection Blow molding machines like Milacron Uniloy, Jomar , Zongya Pettal up to 85 to 129 Ton Responsible for maintenance of SPM machine.(Dip Tube Assembly m/c , Ris drop Assy , Inspira Assy.)  Planning and executing Preventive Maintenance Activities.  Focusing on MTTR and MTBF to achieve zero breakdowns. Periodic calibration of instruments.  Responsible for maintenance of molding m/c’s Chiller Plant, Part Conveyor system, Whittman , Co-nair , Aquatherm , Hp-therm Make MTC’s.
