Hey! I'm Dhruv I'm an Industrial Design Student from Loughborough University.Currently working at Batch.Works as a 3D Print Design Technician on the Design Team, my role involves slicing files in very particular ways that the team at Batch.Works has refined over time within Simplify3D. I ensure that parts are sliced with attention to detail before going into production.For my final year project I designed a consumer device that can produce milk from lab grown animal proteins, this will help people transition away from the unsustainable & cruel use of animal milks without sacrificing the taste, nutrition and quality of the milk.I'm deeply passionate about FDM 3D printing it has been a core hobby of mine since I was about 13, and I'm currently working on designing a custom 3D printer as a side project as well as working on building a 3D printing business called Layerd Studio.With Layerd I'm aiming to use my skills in FDM 3D Printing, Solidworks & Industrial Design to create & manufacture useful homeware products.
