I am passionate about disruptive and transformative impact. As a founder, an investor, a consultant and an operator, I have always looked for (and sometimes found!) ways to break the status quo and find innovative solutions to complex problems.I am currently working as the Director of Strategy and Fundraising at Niron Magnetics, a series D clean tech company. We are working to bring the Clean Earth Magnet® (the world's first rare earth-free permanent magnet) to the market. I collaborate with the CEO and Board of Directors to define company strategy and raise funds.I have prior experience at McKinsey & Company's New York office advising Fortune 500 clients across industries in Strategy and Finance, and built deep working relationships with CXOs of these companies.Before McKinsey, as an Investment Professional at Social Alpha, a social impact-focused Venture Capital firm, I led multiple due diligences and startup investments in the technology space. I also collaborated with organizations such as the World Health Organization, Lockheed Martin, Harvard University, MIT, Tata Trusts, and the Government of India to support and fund startups.I am a former entrepreneur in the technology space. I built a 10-person team and achieved sustainable sales with an aggressive profit margin within the first year of operations. My startup was ranked among the Top 10 startups in India by the Science and Technology Department of Government of India.I hold an MBA from the Wharton School and a B.Tech. from the Indian Institute of Technology (Bombay).
