Dhruv is currently pursuing his studies at Algonquin College where he is doing 2-year Diploma in Business Marketing. Dhruv has gained various new skills from the course where he practically went at the ground conducted surveys and did the marketing of the company. He has worked in various industries like food industry and hospitality. Through working in these industries with around 1-year experience in each he has developed his customer service skills through giving services to the customers. This all experience helped him to find his passion in customer service.Dhruv is a high knowledge and skills when it comes to work practically with the customers. He is also talented in professional computer applications such as Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Adobe and Canva which helps him to show his skills while presenting data to the customers. He also has high level of communication skills through his experience which helps him to talk professionally with clients and understand their need.Dhruv know the skills maintain a team spirit between the co-workers. While working at the position of Supervisor he has developed leadership skills and coordination skills. Good communication skills help him to solve problems during the work and handle different kind of situation with customers. He had maintained a good relationship with his all customers through his smart and polite talking.Dhruv in his life is a very happy person which always has positive vibes. He like to see surf internet and watch educational YouTube videos in his free time. Watching movies is also his thing to do in free time.
