Responsible for the following activities during my tenure:- Study a various Tender document of various refineries like IOCL, BPCL, MRPL, ONGC, HRRL etc, also study a various technical document of various EPC and private companies likepetrofac, McDermott, Toyo, ThyssenKrupp, L&T, Worley, wood, Reliance, Aramco, Air products etc.- Sizing of Baskets, Cartridges and Coalescers based on customers Process Data Sheets & other technical requirements.? Preparation of Technical Offer based on technical documents like Process data sheets, Mechanical data sheets and Various standards which is applicable or given by customers along with enquires.Also designing various types of heat exchangers, including air coolers, shell and tube, and plate and frame units. Proficient in using HTRI for thermal and hydraulic design, with a proven track record of optimizing performance and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
