As an active member of the Statutory Audit Team at Grant Thornton International, performed Statutory Audits and Limited Reviews for a New York Stock Exchange Listed Entity and Firm’s largest PCAOB client which deals in services relating to Business Process Management with a market capitalization of approximately USD 2.5 Billion, as well as statutory audit of its subsidiaries worldwide.• Involved in Understanding of Business Processes along with their Internal controls & process owner to ensure compliance, Successfully Identified Control Weakness, assessed its overall impact on audit and proposed improvements. • Mainly participated in Journal Entries Testing, Revenue Testing, Fixed and Intangible Asset Testing.•Conducted the Analytical and Financial Reviews of revenue variance for both corresponding and sequential period to understand the reason of movement in revenue at customer level at each quarter end.•Involved in audit of computation of Contingent Consideration in case of Business Combination payable as a part of Purchase Consideration amounting to USD 452 Thousand by auditing of Financial Statement.•Solely Conducted the audit of the UK subsidiary of the above listed entity (Turnover-: USD 49 Million).• Conducted statutory audit of other 2 subsidiary (Turnover-: USD 27 Million and USD 22 Million) in collaboration with a colleague.
