▪ Led a team of 50 students in the management of the Rotman Commerce student government in its 30+ initiatives held across the year to address the concerns and needs of the student community.▪ Worked extensively with staff, faculty, students, and other stakeholders to advocate for and develop solutions to address student needs and concerns.

▪ Oversaw a team of 4 young professionals in implementing 10 events throughout the academic year for 800 Rotman Commerce Students.▪ Acquired and analyzed marketing data from several channels (e.g. SurveyMonkey, email, social media outreach) to develop customized solutions for concerns raised by students in regards to the academic and social life within the program.

▪ Supported the Executive Director in identifying knowledge marketing objectives and implementing strategies to meet those objectives, in particular, assigned priorities and key performance indicators to communication and fundraising activities▪ Sought out potential sponsors and speakers for student-run events ▪ Effectively communicated and maintained strong relationships with professional partners

▪ Prepared borrower/guarantor financial reviews as well as underwrote memorandums focused on a borrower’s and guarantor’s adjusted net worth, leverage, liquidity, and other key risk factors, including cash flows and ability to service debt.▪ Assembled complex financial models that project the financial performance of assets and underwrote risks associated with market demand, tenant quality, capitalization rates, and supply.▪ Reviewed and assisted in the development of loan agreements and ancillary documents related to the closing of a transaction.

▪ Oversaw a team of 80 passionate young leaders who are dedicated tousing the power of entrepreneurial action to better our communities throughentrepreneurial projects such as EcoPackers; a green alternative to the plasticpeanut by using only potato starch bi-product which is currently being fundedby McCain Canada Foods Ltd.▪ Our projects are built around four key pillars and address fundamental socialissues locally and globally:• Entrepreneurship• Financial Literacy• Environmental Sustainability• Youth Empowerment2016-2017 Impact :• 3000 individuals impacted worldwide• 10,500 volunteer hours dedicated• 7 diverse faculties• 5 projects• 7 businesses accelerated

▪ Won $1000 in funding in the Scotiabank Youth Empowerment Challenge▪ Sourced and prepared educational documents whilst working closely witheducational partners.▪ Ensured the quality and compliance of educational content with the targetedcurriculum.▪ Reached out and found new partners to collaborate with to expand theeducational content of Project Lumifi.

▪ Maintained a profitable loan portfolio of 300-400 accounts; monitoring theaccounts on a daily basis in terms of billings, payment history, and key lendingdocumentation.▪ Performed pre-qualification and risk rating activities for Financing prospects/clients and conduct the initial interview with clients alongside senior accountmanagers.▪ Actively participated in the development of the client portfolio by identifyingopportunities for financing and developing value-added creative solutions tocustomers' needs.▪ Proactively participated in branch marketing efforts by organizing events,campaigns and activities, preparing marketing communications, and provideon-site logistical support.▪ Promoted BDC’s financial services to influencers and contributed to thereferral efforts by undertaking internet research and coordinating callingprograms (internal or outsourced) to identify leads and business opportunities.
