Currently pursuing a Master of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering at Concordia University, I've cultivated a robust expertise in computer-aided design and analysis, computer-aided manufacturing, thermofluid dynamics,fluid mechanics and hydraulic machines, quality and reliability engineering Throughout my academic journey, I've adeptly applied this diverse skill set to a range of hands-on projects. These include intricate tasks like conducting cooling and heating load calculations, vertical axis wind turbine analysis. Leveraging cutting-edge tools such as ANSYS, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Python, and MATLAB, I've honed my ability to tackle complex engineering challenges with creativity and precision.During my internship at Shree Ram Engineers, I gained extensive experience in designing and analyzing heat exchangers and pressure vessels using CATIA, SolidWorks, and ANSYS Workbench. I conducted thermal and mechanical calculations, optimized material selection, and evaluated fluid flow rates and pressure drop considerations. Working closely with senior engineers, I resolved technical issues and documented project progress through detailed reports. This role allowed me to perform fatigue analyses according to ASME standards, assessing the lifecycle and performance of components under repeated loading, and directly contributing to the reliability and safety of designs.At Lubi Industries, a global manufacturer of pumps and motors, I further honed my skills as a Jr. Mechanical Engineer, where I worked on developing precise 2D and 3D CAD models of various mechanical components and gained hands-on experience in CNC programming for both HMC and VMC. I utilized CAD/CAM software for accurate machining operations and worked closely with experienced engineers to refine designs that met stringent manufacturing and performance criteria. My role also involved preparing detailed technical reports that documented methodologies, assumptions, and analysis results, effectively communicating complex engineering findings to internal stakeholders and clients.
