Volunteering and making a meaningful impact in our residence hall community through this prestigious program.

Guided over 6,000 incoming students through their transition to Rutgers, helping them navigate the campus and access essential resources. I led bus tours, facilitated small group meetings with icebreakers, and participated in engaging performances and dance routines to create a welcoming environment. Played a key role in advising sessions, assisting students with their class schedules and addressing their questions. I also contributed to Orientation Leader panels, where I shared insights and demonstrated my leadership and communication skills. This experience honed my ability to effectively convey information, engage in public speaking, and manage multiple responsibilities. This role showcased my leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving skills, as I worked collaboratively to ensure a smooth orientation experience for new students.

Hosted and facilitated an event at an orphanage, providing essential provisions, including food and beverages, alongside educational resources to empower and enrich the children's educational journey.Directed a team of 8-10 individuals to visit a local nursing home, fostering meaningful connections with elderly residents who may lack familial support, aiming to learn from their life experiences and create a comforting atmosphere reminiscent of home.

Researched and coordinated programs and mental health seminars during COVID pandemic to underscore the significance of mental health, fostering open discussions, resulting in enhanced mental wellness for all involved.Established engaging icebreaker activities to promote better acquaintance and facilitated dynamic interactions, fostering meaningful connections among strangers, bridging the gap between individuals, and cultivating a sense of community despite physical distancing measures.
