• Subject matter expert of the Rootstock and Salesforce platform from the business/technical user perspective and a trusted advisor for Rootstock’s customers, partners, and internal stakeholders. That includes reproducing errors, problems, or bugs as a part of a detailed investigation. Ultimately, ensure to capture their issues, triage them optimally, and incorporate requests into roadmaps. • Provide knowledge transfer, training, and team demo within the local and remote teams, sharing the best practices with team members to enhance the quality and efficiency of the product management and customer success team. • Strong functional and technical understanding of the Salesforce platform, enterprise business applications, SaaS/PaaS, API management, and App integrations.

• The nature of this job was to work with the Learning Commons at the Library. I was responsible for computer support; answering technical questions from students both on the phone as well as in person; on-site technical assistant for both staff and faculty's computers in the Library; assisting with the staffing of the public service desks; assisting in carrying out daily routines as instructed; helping to maintain order and tidiness in both the public and non-public areas of the Library. • Assistance includes windows Imaging/Ghosting, backup and restoration of data, installation of OS and device drivers, troubleshooting and resolving hardware issues, and maintaining desktops/laptops for employees, students, and staff.
