As an OL, I oversee the entire audio live acquisition and revenue team, taking charge of strategic planning and execution. My role entails analyzing the growth trajectory of audio live platforms, implementing effective strategies to drive revenue, and continuously refining team management skills to foster a cohesive and high-performing environment. I am fully accountable for the growth and success of our audio live initiatives, leveraging my expertise to optimize performance and maximize results.

My work here is to- Monitor performance of hosts in audio chatrooms and ideating chatroom topics for discussion for the specific lingual groups- Drive regular communication with the hosts and be actively involved in increasing their engagement on our platform- Understand our target audience and users- Onboard & manage multiple influencer marketing agencies and guiding them on how to go about using the new features introduced into the chatrooms to gain more reach and achieve weekly targets- Use their understanding of the different target audience, latest trends, and pop culture of the region to ideate better engagement concepts for the hosts- Proactively research and build relationships with hosts to facilitate their growth and promote capabilities on the platform- Plan and execute occasion-based campaigns that help top users reach an even larger crowd- Review ShareChat and other platforms, to discover talented creators in specific categories- Regular communication with the top users, collecting feedback, and suggesting ways for them to drive more engagement- Manage official chatroom central profiles on the ShareChat app

- Part of the consumer collecting program for Red Bull India.- Built a loyal consumer base on campus. Specifically to drive Red Bull trial, increase brand awareness, and to foster a positive product and brand perception within the university.- Responsible for driving the brand image on campus, building belief in the product benefits, and ensuring long term loyalty starting with the college experience.- Supported more than 40 artists, athletes, and students into all kinds of extra-curricular activities from all over Rajasthan by providing them the energy, motivation, and opportunities to gain reach and interact with professionals from their field.- Responsible for increasing the sale of Red Bull in the outlets in and near the college area and keeping good connections with those outlets.- Responsible for managing & organizing multiple large-scale events. eg: Red Bull Spotlight City Qualifiers.

June is a video-sharing app that provides its users with a platform where they can share, create, and edit short videos. Our aim is to provide users with a wide variety of features to work with and premium content to enjoy.- My job is to manage the promotion and positioning of the brand to increase reach and downloads.- To create brand awareness through new and innovative campaigns.- To find and make new brand influencers who can start trends, hashtags, and challenges.- Hiring and managing creative interns for social media platforms and campaigns.- Negotiating and liaising with third-party agencies.
