About Dhruv Kler, M.Sc.

I am currently working to improve the world of tomorrow. I have a strong foundation in electrical engineering with specialization in instrumentation and control systems. Combining my education with my simulation skills, I have conducted component level research (solar panels, fuel cells) during my undergraduation and conducted system level research (EV charging stations) during my postgraduation. My experience also extends to system integration, testing, verification and validation, particularly for the aerospace domain. Through the research work I carry out and the professional projects I undertook, I like to find methods and designs which are simpler yet superior in comparison to existing processes while being cost effective at the same time. Working with a passion for projects and with that mindset seeking to push the limits of current businesses/technology we experience every day.What do I excel at?-Process driven analytics: Working with data (historic and real-time), learning existing methodologies, studying the underlying conditions while providing improvements based on actionable insights.-Model-based Design Approach: Expertise in hardware in loop, software in loop and accelerated simulations mainly utilizing Matlab&Simulink, Amesim, RT-LAB, Python and Git.-Effective Presentation: Publishing research works in the form of journal papers, conference papers, book chapter and presentations, turning data/insights into impactful contributions.-Multi-Domain work: Comfortable and flexible working with multiple domains of work visible from academic work related to electrical engineering, research work related to renewable energy and professional work related to aerospace systems.-Customer-driven Mindset: Experience working with customers (aerospace domain) which included among others validation & verification of customer requirements, integrating existing software solutions etc. -Team-Oriented with Leadership Role: Have extensively worked as part of a team for academic research papers/projects and professional projects, often being the lead experimenter and investigator.
