I was recruited from the agency world to build an in-house agency to serve dogs. I worked closely with our Head of Brand and Chief Growth Officer to plan and execute campaigns that increased brand love and drove purchases. By the end of my tenure, we'd produced two major campaigns and grew our agency from 3 people to 10. Oh, I also trained a customer service rep to write copy. She's still crushing it.
