Understanding the requirement and proposing a suitable Mechanical seal design along with the API piping plan for proper functioning of the mechanical seal. . Maintaining great rapport with the client by providing excellent customer service and quick solutions and clarification for their queries related to the application. Use of ERP or CRM software - similar to SAP for preparation of Quotation, Sales order, word order, etc. . Requesting quote for various electrical motors, mechanical seal manufacturers, coupling and V-belt drives, base frames etc. and negotiating the pricing terms with them. . Verifying the inventories and offering the best, quick and suitable solution to the customer request to keep the Customer Satisfaction at the highest. Preparation of reports and analysis tools in various MS OFFICE software such as Excel, Powerpoint, etc
