I am an owner and physician Eden Internal Medicine, where we focus on providing excellent evidence-based and value-based care to our patients. Eden Internal Medicine continues to be a successful and highly ranked value-based care private group practice for the last 27 years.I am also cofounder and Chief Medical Officer at Astutedoc, a software and value based care management system providing services to patients in multiple physician’s, ACO practices across USA.I also serve as the medical director for In-Clinic Rx LLC, a PharmD led care management solution for the ACO, MA plans and medical practices. With more than 36 years of exemplary service in the medical field, I am committed to providing the best care to my patients from listening to everyone’s concerns in order to treat for whole body wellness.
