Overcoming Challenges, Building SuccessMy story starts in Fuldobhi village, Bihar. Raised by a carpenter father and homemaker mother, both with limited education, resources were scarce. Despite challenges, I completed schooling and even helped my father with carpentry. During higher studies, financial constraints were real. To afford tuition, I built furniture for my tutors. Thankfully, my determination to learn prevailed against calls to give up. Building a Career Brick by BrickMy first job came after graduation, a faraway position with a meager salary. I persevered, seeking better opportunities. After working in sales for an MNC, I pursued an MBA while juggling a demanding job. In 2004, a breakthrough: a position at Samsonite South Asia with a significant pay raise. Hard work and dedication led to seven promotions within the company, culminating in the role of Regional Head. Witnessing the power of hard work, I envisioned a company offering world-class products and employee benefits.Aplomb Care Products: A Dream RealizedIn 2018, I founded Aplomb Care Products Pvt. Ltd. Today, our company boasts a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility and a strong presence in the home/personal care market. We've secured partnerships with government institutions and major retailers across India. We recently launched Bactacare toothpaste and the Lylack herbal cosmetics brand.
