Providing consulting services to the clean tech sector, principally offering support in:1) Technology Scale-up: the transitions from bench to pilot and from pilot to demonstration or full scale are the most critical times for a new technology and there are a multitude of pitfalls to avoid. I have been involved in many of these transitions, and have experiences to share from all of them. One of the most valuable techniques one can employ during such a transition is to bring a set of experienced outside eyes to bear on the process, to make sure that nothing has been missed. I can serve as those eyes.2) Systems Scale-up: As companies grow they must perform a careful balancing act of introducing enough systems and procedures to ensure that the company doesn't devolve into chaos, while not hampering the agility and innovation that are required for a small company to succeed. I have done this now for multiple technology companies, and can help your company do the same.3) Commissioning and Start-up: Whether for a pilot plant or a full scale processing facility, commissioning and start-up is the most likely time for problems to occur and schedules to be blown. I have led multiple commissioning and start-up teams and can help your company to plan and execute a successful start-up of your next plant.
