In first 12 months doubled hibu’s enterprise value, grew EBITDA after 8 years of decline, accelerated digital growth and reduced headcount by near 50%.- Transferred ~500 operations roles offshore to captive units in India and Philippines and in parallel improved productivity enabling a reduction of ~400 offshore positions, while significantly improving quality metrics. Sold 2500+ person captive offshore operations. - Sold and outsourced hibu's technical services group and operations- Assessed and refocused the product and services portfolio. Exited products that were never going to be profitable and refocused on website, search and display solutions differentiated in the market by new superior service solutions.- Doubled enterprise value in 12 months- Completed successful restructure from global operations, to individual country operations, enabling the closure of the global operations and digital products teams.
