Started as Sr. Systems analyst in Cincinnati, promoted to Sr. Manager after three years. After three more years, promoted to Director and relocated to St. Louis first, and Orlando afterwards.• Developed 1st version of Infinys, an integrated solution consisting of in-house products (rating/billing, order management, mediation, activation, etc.) and several 3rd party components. It was the largest product launch ever by Convergys. Team won two awards for companywide Employee Excellence. Product won Best of the Show award at a Billing show. Led ~120-member staff in four locations. • Participated in several due diligence activities, leading to Cygent and TAI acquisitions, and several partnerships.• After acquiring Cygent, integrated order management product into Infinys product line in record time.• Established India development center and was head of core product development.
