Working as a Research Assistant for developing a smart city model which incorporates different smaller sustainability criteria involving clean energy usage and reduction in carbon footprints by making wiser choices in selecting materials at an early phase of construction.• Working in collaboration with Dr.Holtzhower and Dr.Rachel Mosier from the Construction Engineering Technology Department in developing smart community model framework.• The first project deals with calculating and analyzing the Carbon Footprint for a Typical Municipal Roadway Section under ODOT Oklahoma at Oklahoma City and suggesting better choices in materials and carbon offsetting parameters.• The second project deals with formulating a geo-calculator which returns positive cash flow by using ground source heat pumps in comparison to traditional heating systems as a part of smart community framework.

• Started work as an engineering intern for a General Contractor to construct a Commercial cum residential complex with G+6 having an area nearly equal to 83000 Sq. ft.• Coordinated with subcontractors on a job site regarding everyday problems and issues, to note and make a report for General Contractor and Superintendent. • Organized and laid out daily activities for subcontractors using Microsoft Project schedule software and updated progress of activities weekly on MS project software. • Assisted an estimator at end of each month to calculate and generate invoices for completed work in past one month. • The objective of this research work is to use Sugarcane bagasse ash as a cement replacement material in cement concrete and check durability aspect in reference to chemical exposure on the same in the hardened state.• The specific objectives of this research work can be stated briefly as follows: Evaluating the cube compressive strength and loss in weight of M20 grade of hardened concrete made of 0, 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 and 30% SCBA as a cement replacement material after being exposed to 5% concentration of different chemicals as follows-• Sulphates (Na2SO4 and MgSO4)• Acids (HCl and H2SO4)• Alkalies (NaOH) • Summary- The experimental results for M20 grade concrete with and without SCBA show that the weight decreases with increase in the chemical exposure duration. Compressive strength for 7 days was observed to be increased in addition to 10% BA of cement proportion and for later on, it observed to be decreasing for 28 days and 56 days curing period.
