In 2000, David shifted into the employee benefit arena. He became a sought after benefit consultant and had proven to be a leader in all facets of enrollment processes, benefit communication, cafeteria plan designs, voluntary benefits and technology platforms helping employees and employers improve their overall health care experience. David has personally worked with over 250 companies enrolling 1000's of employees. His insurance career spans over a decade starting with American Family Life as a District Manager. His effective communication style and strong leadership values have enabled him to foster strategic business relationships with industry leaders, and employers alike. His strong values towards customer satisfaction has helped increase revenues and bottom-line profitability. Prior to his current business, his 30 years as an entrepreneur and professional sales person led him to where he is today. In 1984 he started on his path of personal growth which led him to do public speaking. In 1989, he began with Brian Tracy and became a sought after speaker and trainer. In 1992, was contracted to develop a marketing division for Anthony Robbins Co's in La Jolla, Cal. David's leadership and insights helped develop a very successful seminar division that helped launch Anthony Robbins as one of the most sought after speakers in the world.
