• Handling the entire cycle of recruitment for all Technical and Non Technical processes. (Junior, Middle & senior level).• Interacting with Clients for their requirements and conducting Client visits if necessary.• Gauging the Client requirement (Permanent and Temporary Requirements) and finding Resumes as per their need.• Utilizing various sourcing Job Portals like Naukri, Monster, Timesjobs and Jobs ahead.Referring Internal Database and Employee Referrals, Head Hunting, Job Posting, Mass Mailing.• Screening and Shortlisting as per the requirement of the clients, coordinating with the Candidate for interview and conducting telephonic interview before shortlisting Candidate.• Once shortlisted, explaining and making the candidate understand the job role / job description.• The shortlisted candidate's CVs are further screened by the Client-end to understand the competency and skills of the candidate.• Arranging for personal interviews or written tests or walk-in (line-ups) with the Clients.• Continuous follow-ups are done with the Candidate and the Clients.To coordinate with the Candidates who are selected by the Client for processing their Offer Letter.
