Responsible for the horticultural and environmental management of a 1200ha agricultural property, comprising the historic Camden Park Estate, birthplace of Australias' wool industry. Projects included heritage horticulture of the Macarthur Cemetery, Belgenny Farm and Barragal Lagoon. Implementing whole property tree plans and large revegetation projects including ridgetop revegetation plantings and wetland plantings. Supervision of horticultural staff and management of budgets. Management of an endangered Nepean riverine community including obtaining project grants for establishment of buffer plantings to protect old growth trees. Coordinator of the Nepean Trees on Farms Program, a cross agency program to provide demonstration, education and support for landholders on the planned management of trees and vegetation on farms.
