- Manage applications and proactively source candidates using a variety of methods including LinkedIn, Online Job portals.- Screening candidates as well as via chat or telephone, and undertaking all required reference checks where necessary.- Research & gain new business leads for opportunities.- Networking and connecting with the industry through social media.

Responsibilities:• Creating of vacancy profiles• Working with e-staff recruiter database• Researching candidates of different directions (PHP, Full-Stack, QA, Android, Business Analyst)• Forming data base of candidates• Complex analysis of candidate’s skills and qualities• Presenting candidates to clients and hiring managers• Coordination of interviews• Weekly reporting on vacancies status and working process
