* Budget Management - Working with EMEA community Development Manager on budget planning, forecasting, tracking and reporting.* Event Management - Lead marketing activities, design and implement marketing plan and promotion tactics - Manage the execution and monitor results of all approved marketing communication initiatives and promotional events to enhance brand image and awareness; - Assure that all projects are completed within allocated resourced budget parameters.* Competition Analysis - Tracking and analysis on market competition on regular basis. - Monitor and analyze the market including product roadmap, price, competition & marketing activities etc

- Provide Director or key accounts in team with assistance to communicate with related government officials- Organize finance meeting and events internally or externally, support global senior staffs' visiting as well- Assist on financial analysis on requirements together with key accounts in team- Prepare materials for Board meeting- Manage and update department's filing and documents- Provide daily secretarial & administrative support to Director

- Dealing with the correspondence between CEO and branch directors, such as drafting, translating and sorting of business documents, faxes also including necessary secretarial supports. - Accountable for arrangement for Board meeting from the relevant materials preparation to the administrative arrangement for the participants - Handling welfare and insurance for company staff, etc.- Management and personnel files updating for company staffs- Cooperate with Office Manager to organize necessary training for staff, such as company culture, language training, etc
