Assigned to St Bartholomew's Hospital to create an evaluation report on the impact of continuous professional development (CPD) on nurse retention in the NHS. Exploring a critical issue in healthcare through a literature search on CINAHL, analysing data from questionnaires sent to clinical educators and newly registered nurses at St Barts, and interviewing 4 senior nursing leaders allowed me to gain a comprehensive insight on the pressing challenges and improvements in nursing that the NHS should work towards. The value of continuous education to develop careers has and will make a significant impact on staff retention and job satisfaction in the NHS.

Designed and showcased a carbon-negative ventilation system to be built in neighbourhoods to Dyson. Awarded the Teamwork award, Most Creative award and Supporting Peers award.
