During my master, I have developed a hybrid polymeric/ceramic membrane unit for oxy-fuel combustion application. A ceramic oxygen transport membrane (OTM) unit is integrated numerically with a polymeric membrane unit to form the hybrid polymeric-ceramic membrane reactor. Oxy-fuel combustion of methane inside an OTR (oxygen transport reactor) of tubular shape and surrounded by oxygen enriched air was investigated numerically. FLUENT CFD software was used to conduct the numerical solution and calculations compiled with user defined functions (UDFs) that solve for oxygen permeation across the membranes. Higher power output is achieved by the hybrid unit comparing to the air fed unit.

• Responsible for inspecting several AC products at different stages of manufacturing; such as packaged units, chillers, split units and air handling units and making sure that the products are up to the company standards and the client requirements.• Work in several air conditioning projects with different systems and options which follow the international standards.• Check commissioning of several types of air conditioning units at the designed operation conditions as the last stage of production in the factory; to make sure that the produced units work perfectly and provide the required capacities.• Responsible for the calibration section; by administering the calibration of all the measurement devices in the factory. Periodic calibrations were implied to make sure that they are working correctly and with high accuracy.• Execution of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. Applying procedures in the company to meet the requirements of these standards and making sure that it’s applied in all departments.
