ZFOD Production comes from the Zubair field, while development relates to a further phase of the Zubair project ERP (Enhanced Redevelopment Plan), which will allow a production plateau level of 700 thousand barrels per day to be achieved. Develop detailed project plans, including cost estimates, resource allocation, and risk assessments, ensuring alignment with client objectives and regulatory standards.2. Coordinate with external vendors and contractors to procure necessary materials and services for project execution, maintaining quality standards and adherence to project timelines.3. Monitor project progress closely, providing regular updates to stakeholders and identifying and addressing any potential deviations from the project plan.4. Facilitate knowledge transfer sessions with internal teams to ensure smooth integration of project deliverables into existing operations, including training on new systems or equipment.5. Prepare and ensure the MOC workflow from initiation until closing out. AMAPETCO mission as defined by the concession agreement is to carry out all oil and gas exploration, development, and production operations in the Gulf of Suez area, First Information & Technology Solutions (FIRST), is an Egyptian company, established in (1985) in Cairo. FIRST built its reputation more than (30) years of experience in offering software business solutions & EAM/CMMS consulting services in (180+) projects, at (75+) companies, to different industrial business sectorsDuties:In AMPETCO (Amal Petroleum CO), Gulf of Suez, Egypt1. Responsible for all the Planning Department Deliverables.2. Provide the Daily, Weekly Plan & Monthly Report.3. Review all the work orders in the term of the feedback quality to comply withthe settled criteria in the CMMS in order to run all the reports automaticallythrough the Crystal Report Tool.4. Configure all the management requirements to be customized in the CMMS.5. 1. Playing the key role in the implementation of the Preventive Maintenance Optimization Program in the terms of Planning2. Figured out the SAP queries to measure the value of the PM (PM Finding) for the purpose of RCM inputs preparation.3. Performing on job training for all planning team including spare part coordinator role.4. Provided solutions to manage the QC/QA of the PM Optimization by designing the relative workflow of changing the PM inside the SAP.5. Developed an interface mechanism between the SAP platform and the MOC share point platform for the purpose of integration & record. This was part of the QC/QA process to track the MOC history and control the technical change jobs to be executed after ensuring the approval as per the workflow.6. Developed interface between SAP platform and IMPACT. IMPACT is a Chevron standalone process designed in the share point for shutdown work (TAR). The interface used a unique SAP identifier that can be revised to specific codes but under pre-set access levels (Responsibilities).7. Designed the criteria for the acceptance identifier to evaluate the Compliance of the Work Package to be visible if accepted or still missing information before ready to go 8. Set & design in SAP the criteria of Chevron process TCC (Task Criticality Consequence) which identify the criticality in the planning phase to be captured before the PTW (Permit to Work). This task operation identifier was adding value in the planning meeting highlighting which task is (High critical / Critical / Low / Non critical).

1. Preparing monthly / yearly reports for Maintenance & Reliability Department Inputs and responsible for presenting the justification in case of deviation from the Company Objectives (KPIs)2. Performing quality planning for the E&I Corrective Jobs by preparation their work pack, identify their schedule criteria, issuing the progress until closeout reports.3. Tracking the corrective E&I SAP WOs. condition identifier to maintain the visibility for the workload reference to the plant condition (which can be done freely during plant running/require switchover / require Package S/D P5 and identify both the type & the level of S/D if Opportunistic or planned S/D).4. Responsible for the credibility of the POD (Plan of the Day) with respect to the actual activities in the fields to avoid un-planned work load. This achieved by close monitoring of the new upcoming notifications @CMMS (SAP) and tacking the initiative action to control the P1 & P2 Work Orders, keep up revising the priority with reference to technical scoping, communicating with the Team Leads & Operations to decide which worth to be Break-In [P1&P2] and which can be reduced to [P3].5. Designed the flow chart of Backlog Tracking Report as a part of customizing standard Dashboard identifying the real-time status of each work order if scheduled / in progress or being On-Hold waiting on resource/service/vendor/spares/plant condition/switchover plan or operation consideration.6. Responsible for the Safety Instrument System (SIS) Preventive Program execution & optimization. Dividing those SIS inputs/outputs into two main groups. The 1st group is On the Run & the 2nd group requires S/D considering further identifier for Running Condition (Freely/Switchover) and for the S/D Level.7. Designed a complete process to capture the corrective activities of SIS functional locations and evaluate if this requires re-certification by calling the Automatic PM to keep the cycle frequency consistent.
