• Lead on research and documentation for Fort Gregg Adams’ audit readiness mission, to include but not limited to: Real Property (RP)documentation (DD1354s, 2877s, MFRs, 4283s, 1391s, and contracts) and Geographical Information System (GIS) documentation (Maps and map-books)• Research and create files to meet Army regulations of required supporting documentation for Army Real Property facility correction or creation in the real property inventory (RPI)• Physically inspect real property (real estate) facilities and take photos for proof of existence and physical data verification such as capacity, design use category coding, and status)• Review and analyze facility file folders for regulation required documentation• Explain facility record changes via DD1354 and Memorandum for Record (MFR) for installation bookkeeping and report data to Installation Management Command (IMCOM) headquarters level team• Use Business Process Management tools to ensure accurate and timely work process flows from unique Directorate of Public Works (DPW) divisions. Personally, developed the work process flow of data to allow the Real Property branch to create 465 new facilities in the RPI • Conduct special studies involving research through historical records, maps, contacts, and data provided by the Engineering division and/or GIS manager.• Trained personnel in the Engineering division on best practices of historical research for regulation approved supporting data and then Congressional audit ready documentation. • Completed online and in-person training on facility acquisition, maintenance, and demolition in the Army’s accountable property system of record, General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS)
