- Supported the PM to comply with UNOPS project management manual. -Provided support in site supervision and managing site activities as a civil engineer for various project with UNOPS. - Supported the implementation of infrastructure projects in Iraq.- Provide technical support for projects including preparing BOQs, Develop design drawings and site assessment. - Design Peer review for UNOPS various projects in Jordan, Yamen, Iraq and Syria. - Manage supplier performance and ensure their compliance with UNOPS quality standards and regulations. - Maintain records of project files and other supporting documents on the shared drive as per the organization guideline for record keeping. - Support on the compilation, consolidation and approval of supplier deliverables and project plans. - Support in preparing project communications and correspondence as needed (emails, minutes of meetings and progress reports)- Inspect the suppliers' quality and make sure they complete every required document, including weekly reports, inspection requests, forms for health and safety inspections, updated programs, and material submittals.

-Carry out site needs assessments in the different governorates in Jordan and as required, produce reports and prepare specifications for the rehabilitation work needed.-Responsible for day-to-day coordination with the contractors and suppliers according to the needs and requirements on site.-Inspects and reports on Contractor’s works in progress ensuring that the Contractor meets the high quality standards expected.-Checks contractors’ and suppliers set out and works, including compliance with contracts specifications.-Provides support and guidance to the contractor and assists in resolving site problems, as necessary.-Attends daily the project site(s) in the different governorates in Jordan in order to monitor progress of works, identifies the existing problems and provides appropriate solutions through application of sound engineering standards in consultation with the Project Manager.-Responsible for preparation of progress reports on construction activities, according to the agreed timeframe of works and submission of such on a weekly basis.-Responsible for supervision of technical staff and consultants assigned to the project, and the assignment and monitoring of duties during the progress of works.-Responsible for the preparation and verification of a database for the available materials shipped to the project, schedules of labor force, and monitoring of quality of such during the progress of works.-Assesses the work activities of contractor/s, measure completed work and make recommendations to designated UNOPS project managers for progress payments to contractors.-Evaluates and assesses works schedules and programmes, including the comparison with the schedule baselines and reports to the Project Manager accordingly.-Checks, verifies and approves the interim payments submitted by the Contractor.-Assesses and reports on the project closing plans, archiving of cost and progress report and hands over all related reports to the Project Manager.

• Review of invitation to tender (ITT) and documents understanding, analysing and accurately assessing all tender requirements. • Involved in the development of the proposals strategy for the tender.• Coordination, preparation and compilation of complete, professional proposal documentation to be submitted to clients in line with client bid documents and tender deadlines.• Cost estimation and base cost preparation to ensure accuracy, professionalism and timely completion. • Connect with internal departments to ensure that all relevant input received is compliant with ITT requirements. • Contact with procurement group , material suppliers , equipment vendors and subcontractors to ensure accuracy and to receipt quotation due to deadline.
