I was part of the marketing department of Yamsafer as a Content Strategist. Yamsafer was one of the fast growing start ups in the MENA, previously known as the Booking.com of the Middle East. My job involved around creating all the marketing content initiatives, both internal and external, across multiple platforms to drive sales, engagement, retention, leads and positive customer behavior. I produced content that is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality and tone of voice, and optimized for search and user experience for all channels of content including website and mobile app.- Responsible for customer-facing content on all platforms - Write and edit Arabic and English content for Yamsafer’s website and mobile application - Design on Adobe Photoshop - Work on videos in Adobe Premiere - Website / App design in terms of content and user experience - UX - Backlinking - App store optimization (ASO) - Ranked in top 10 applications in Apple store’s Travel category in the Saudi app store. - Developing Yamsafer's "top of the funnel" by creating content that drives traffic and engagement all the way down to "bottom of the funnel" optimization initiatives that aim to improve product conversion. - Come up with ideas, direct, and shoot videos for Yamsafer's official page and Life at Yamsafer page.
