As the son of a real estate builder, Dominic began designing and building houses with his dad at the age of 10 and became the Project Manager of their family’s construction company at 19. Those years of ground-floor experience led Dominic to launch a very successful career in real estate as a solo agent in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. He employed creative marketing while working independently for the city’s #1 brokerage, led by Joanna Pellerito (now a C&B Estate Agent). When the company’s team leader retired, Dominic took over the position, learning its systems and operations to perform at scale, handling over 300 transactions a year.Dominic relocated to California in 2008 while still continuing to sell 50-60 homes a year in Lake Havasu City. He began working at Partners Trust in 2010, a boutique brokerage in Beverly Hills where he met Shana Gates. In 2015 he co-founded Mercer Vine, a leading high-end residential brokerage. acting as COO, Dominic had the immersive experience of building a real estate brokerage from the ground up.
