If I write any post on LinkedIn, believe me, I cringe at myself... 🫠I'm that mix of psychologist and programmer. I specialize in measurement tools, reporting for companies. I've been involved in developing with AI for more than 5 years now, and now I help executives 1) understand what this "artificial intelligence" everyone's talking about is; and 2) learn to use it for their own needs.I like my creativity, being curious. I'm that rare mix of generalists who have always liked everything and try to squeeze the juice out of it. I'm interested in how we behave and make decisions (decision-making), how we relate to each other; but I also like numbers, hard sciences, and the why of things.I studied psychology, but I consider myself more of a programmer and entrepreneur for my own things. At some point, I know I'll also be involved in the development of some harder technology, some hardware, and who knows, maybe also in protein coding and "Human Augmentation" to end up being cyborgs... and I'm not joking.At 10-13 years old, I was already writing my first code. At that time, I was downloading computer and programming magazines with that internet that sounded like ET when connecting. Easier times, when I could send "viruses" to my friends through MSN and play with their computers.I finished studying Psychology with several papers under my belt (https://scholar.google.cl/citations?user=vxkC1g8AAAAJ; due to my liking for statistics and numbers –I'm the technical part!), and now I specialize in the intersection of HR and technology or, in other words, People and Data. I help companies with measurement processes, assessments, and developing specific digital transformation solutions for the industry.I've been doing consultancies and measurement processes for companies since my 1st-2nd year of university, supporting several professors I had.I can talk about leadership and people management, but I can also talk about application development, workflows, process automation, creating assessment centers, etc.More technical? Fullstack Javascript, NextJs, React, Serverless, python, among others...Oh! I also got a couple of diplomas in electric market regulation and solar energy.
