Working as a UI designer at the world's leading auto retailer, I delve into my latest projects that are in-progress to be featured on the AutoZone and AutoZone Mexico websites for B2B and B2C. With a keen eye for detail and innovative design ideas, I make significant impacts such as a 58% increase in user engagement rates and improvements to the overall design system. Embracing the agile approach, I go through the UX process within three-week sprints or less. I rapidly produce multiple interactive prototypes and ensure that my designs are not only visually appealing, but also intuitive and user-friendly. With each iteration, I collaborate closely with stakeholders, gathering feedback and fine-tuning my designs.My role extends beyond just creating sleek designs; I am also a strategic thinker. In my meetings with product owners and developers, I present design concepts and align them with business and customer needs. My ability to effectively communicate essential design elements and decisions not only fosters alignment but also drives results. Along with this, I leverage JIRA as a centralized platform to manage and track the progress of design tasks and workflows. Once a design has been approved and coded into the QA environment I meticulously analyze each aspect to ensure its accuracy and completeness, communicating issues and discrepancies, if any, to developers.Throughout my day, I seamlessly transition between developing wireframes, crafting high-fidelity designs, and building interactive prototypes. - redesigned the search interface to a concept of a more intuitive design, incorporating advanced filters and predictive search capabilities enabling users to easily find events by genre, date and location- established continuous user feedback loops, incorporating surveys, usability tests, and analytics to gather insights and inform future design iterations- implemented collaborative tools and processes, such as shared design libraries and version control, to streamline team workflows and maintain design consistency with other designers working on this case study-utilized heat mapped to gauge what "hotspots" were misleading and confusing to users and tweaking them until the flow was clear and concise for the user's assigned task

- collaborated with 2 other designers to conceptualize a high visibly feature that would foster an enhanced sense of community among users- created low-fidelity wireframes for the new sections of the application and held regular reviews to provide feedback on each other's wireframes, ensuring consistency and cohesion- conducted usability tests with real users and based on feedback, we iterated on our designs, refining interactions and UI elements to enhance usability- created comprehensive design documentation, including user flows, annotated wireframes, and style guides
