CurrentMindful Experience Design, F&B, Leisure, Lodging, Management, and Production. Responsible for managing food, beverage, and entertainment operations and standards, adhering to budgets, hiring and training staff, and handling customer complaints. Delivering and delegating exceptional service management and in charge of organizing, directing, producing, and coordinating; menu design, live entertainment, marketing, customer service, forecasting, planning, sourcing, and placing orders. Direct and assist in creating and enforcing F&B policies, targets, and KPIs. Overseeing all activities and planning in the CS, F&B, Leisure, Lodging, and event production areas. Provide high-standard communications by building and maintaining positive relationships with customers, b2b clientele, vendors, agents, shareholders, and coworkers.
