Managing all procurement activities at the largest security company in Kosovo and the region, Besa Security.Responsibilities:• Planning and managing all procurement activities of Besa Security (BS)• Ensuring that all supplies of BS are of high quality and are compliant to the standards set by BS, while having a good price• Drafting tender dossiers for products and services necessary for BS• Drafting contracts with the help of the legal officer, in order to avoid penalties from contractors• Receiving product samples from contractors in order to ensure that the quality is at the right level, and it shall not be lowered (it can only be increased)• Keeping track of complaints coming from other departments of BS regarding the products/services coming through the procurement office.• Creating performance measurement mechanisms for the contracted products/services• Setting penalties within the contract, if the contracted products/services are not at the required level• Proactively visiting BS current contractors and potential contractors, in order to compare them, and receive the latest information regarding those sectors• Creating yearly reports of contractors and supplies, and comparing them with the previous years• Reporting in quarterly, semi-annual, and annual basis, in regards to the expenses and savings of BS done through the procurement office, while ensuring that the level of the products and services is the best• Regularly informing the general director for the work process, and any potential problems
